Isolde can mean "rules over ice." Rin means cold in Japanese, but if your character is not Japanese, I'd recommend giving them another name. Eira, Bora, and Nieve all mean snow.

Ayden means fire, and Kenneth means born of fire.Female names meaning cold, ice, or frost, or/and boy names meaning hot, heat, or fire?
Female_ Wynter / Riko(japanese) _ ice/cold
