The meaning of these names; Vera and Jacqueline?

I want to know the meaning and origin of Vera and Jacqueline is it true it affects the person's life?|||Vera - means "faith" or "summer"





Jacqueline - female version of the name Jacques, which is the french version of Jacob, which means "holder of the heel" or "God will protect"





I don't see how it affects someone's life. I know a girl named Mallory (which means "unfortunate") and she isn't very unfortunate.|||The meaning of your name affect's a persons life in some way. Lots of people prejudge you by your name like they guess where you are from. Sometimes your name affects your career.


Vera-it means faith and it is from Russian origin


Jacqueline-is a feminine form of Jacques, it means supplanter and it's from French origin.|||I don't think meaning effects a persons life. My name means "pure" and i don't think it really applies LOL!
