Many larger dictionaries include a special section on Names.
This helps in reconstructing family history because religion or ethnicity is shown in the name and philosophy behind it. All three of these names are French, Jacquelyn a possibilty in Roman Catholic registers, the others unlikely.|||This is a great site to find Christian meanings of names.

|||Paris is in no way Christian. Paris is named for the Parisii, who were a tribe of Celts.
Jade means "loin." As in your nether regions.
Jacquelyn would have the same meaning as Jack, or John. Like John the Baptist. But again, not Christian. It's Hebrew. It means "God has given."
If you don't consider Jack equal to John, there is another meaning for it that I saw, again Hebrew. In that case it would mean "supplanter."|||I doubt that meanings of names help reconstruct family history.
